There are 3 session times available each week.

Week 1 Session Focus

In the MindsetGYM this week

Learn the crazily simple thinking
that leads to amazingly connected relationships.

If you’ve ever found yourself:

  • Feeling like someone just doesn’t get what you’re saying.
  • Arguing over or discussing the same topic again and again.
  • Feeling blocked in conversation.

This session will help you
to not only understand why it happens
but also to SEE why it happens too.

And, we’ll also show you the mental framework
that will assist you to navigate
even the toughest of topics.

As an individual, if you would like to learn how to:

  • Pull your dog out of the fight (after all, an argument takes 2!)
  • Identify when you are being closed or rigid in your thinking.
  • Help others to see when they are not open. Then, you’ll love this session.

As a leader, if you would like to:

  • Get a clearer understanding around why some people are flexible in their thinking and why others just get stuck
  • Learn a framework that will facilitate smooth communication with your most challenging team member

Then this weeks session will be worth every second of your time!

Week 2

The MindsetGYM was created  

To offer totally FREE support too 

leaders, their teams,  

their family members, 

their friends and others too 

during the crazily challenging times 

Of COVID19 pandemic 

AND 
it’s still open and still FREE to this day, 

 

The MindsetGYM is a classic case of  

Extreme pressure leading to the creation of a diamond! 

 

 The COVID-19 pandemic 

and the ensuing tsunami 

of financial uncertainty and social unrest 

that it has caused 

was seeing even the most robust individuals 

needing to learn, grow and evolve rapidly 

in order to emotionally deal with 

previously unseen levels 

of social pressure and angst. 

 

And so, after much thought 

we came to the conclusion that 

There was no better way to assist our community 

and our nation 

than to focus on supporting 

as many individuals as possible 

to stand INTERNALLY strong 

as the EXTERNAL world 

twisted, buckles and warped around us. 

 

We knew that with enough INTERNAL strength 

any and all EXTERNAL hardship 

can not only be endured 

but used to create an inspirational future. 

 

And, for this reason 

with the MindsetGYM to support our clients  

the challenging times became the most important 

and wonderfully memorable 

months of growth in their lives. 

 

The MindsetGYM is still open 

and serving it’s members  

because we’ve realised that together 

we can all evolve and grow more rapidly 

than we can alone. 

 

No matter who you are 

the MindsetGYM and it’s community 

will support you to access 

your highest levels of potential 

and it will equip you to deliver on 

the deepest levels of your potential 

far more rapidly and far more easily 

than you can likely imagine.

Week 5

Week 6 – Laser sharp self-awareness

In the MindsetGYM this week

Self-awareness is absolutely fundamental to every form of sustainable success.

To simply stay alive…
we need the self-awareness of hunger to know to eat before we get too weak.
We need the awareness of tiredness to know to sleep before we become incoherent and the awareness of danger to know how to protect ourselves.

And to thrive…
We need self-awareness to physically train at our own optimal level in order to get fit and healthy. We need it to know when to adjust our strategy as we seek to become financially wealthy.
And we need self-awareness to help us become an amazing partner and a wonderful friend who is deserving of long and deeply fulfilling relationships.

Self-awareness is to a great life what water is to a fish.

Understanding how to deepen our self-awareness is also the key to accelerating our success.

In the MindsetGYM this week learn the two foundational focal points that will assist you to sharpen your focus and rapidly and easily deepen your level of self-awareness.

With this tool to unlock deep self-awareness key aspects of our life can be enlightened
and elevated to a place we will have previously thought to be impossible.

Week 8 – Life Changing Releationship Patterns

In this week’s MindsetGYM  

(starting today at 12pm) 

we will be sharing the 2 relationship patterns 

that lead to ALL relationship issues. 

 

When we are shown these patterns 

on paper 

using simple shapes 

add just 2 colours, 

it’s like a blind fold being taken off. 

 

All of a sudden 

we can understand how some people in our life 

(our work colleagues, friends and loved ones too) 

have been able to have us feeling really bad 

without it being obvious 

to anyone else. 

 

With an understanding of these patterns 

and a willingness to use them to support you 

to learn and grow, 

it’s actually possible to turn a toxic relationship  

into an amicable one. 

 

And, it’s possible to massively reduce  

the day to day bickering 

that we can find ourselves engaging in. 

 

So, if great relationships are important to you 

be sure to come to the GYM this week. 

Week 9 - Powerful Levels of Responsibility

This week has the potential to be 

an amazingly empowering session. 

 

It’s a big topic but a critically important one too. 

 

If we can’t do both well we may end up: 

Being unnecessarily harsh towards ourselves and others 

Making mistakes way more often than necessary 

Learning far more slowly than would otherwise be possible 

Feeling tired, exhausted and resentful towards others 

Feeling frustrated because we’re not reaching our potential 

Accidentally undermining those we love so they end up feeling badly towards us! 

 

Clearly, it’s quite an important concept! 

 

Ultimately, our ability to know how and when to  

HAPPILY take 100% RESPONSBILITY 

and 

HAPPILY take 0% RESPONSBILITY 

will determine how well we do  

in our relationships  

in our work life 

and on our journey to becoming 

all that we feel we are truly capable of becoming. 

 

In this week’s MindsetGYM sessions 

we will take the first step in unpacking 
this life changing concept.

Week 10 - Calming Anxiety & Reducing Overwhelm

It may come as a surprise  

that anger and anxiety  

are two sides of the same coin. 

 

When our THINKING fails to adequately acknowledge  

and effortlessly manage our own FEELIINGS 

we end up getting upset and angry at others 

or upset and anxious within ourselves. 

 

When we get stuck in a cycle  

our FEELINGS gradually build up 

until we can no longer contain them. 

 

If we have a reasonable level of confidence in our own abilities: 

  • ANGER and resentment build up  
  • We see others as incapable 
  • We question their motives and 
  • We wonder why it always left up to us  

And we do that until  

we’re so full agitations that it finally leaks (or spews) out! 

  • We bark at the kids 
  • Snap at our partners comments 
  • Use a tone or a phrase  at work that’s not quite soft enough or 
  • Resort to giving others the silent treatment 

 

If we’re not so sure of ourselves 

that same anger can turn inwards and we become down on ourselves  

for not being able to cope better as 

  • Waves of unhelpful emotions building up 
  • Our shoulders and neck tighten with stress 
  • Our chest feels the pain of pressure 
  • Our stomach knots with anxiety 
  • Our head spins in confsion overwhelm 

Until we become 

  • Exhausted from the constant Fight, Flight Freese response 
  • Distracted by headaches, migraines and/or personal meltdowns 
  • Socially isolated as we become  
    more and more sensitive to the world  

 

When we can see the unconscious INTERNAL THINKING and FEELING process 

that leads to us becoming angry or anxious  

we are able to give ourselves the chance 

to consciously a change our reaction. 

 

This week we will be focusing on the ANXIOUS Response. 

Come to learn WHY some people get overly anxious 

And HOW to calm this response. 

 

You do NOT need to suffer from anxiety  

for this session to be of use! 

If you are a confident individual then 

understanding how your confidence can impact another 

Can make a BIG difference to those around you.

Week 11 - Break!

In the MindsetGYM this week… it’s a holiday! 

My apologies for getting the official notice out so late.  

 

What to focus on for the week? 

 

By far the best thing to focus on is 

noticing how your little circle is feeling 

(more green and HAPPY 

or slightly red and HURT) 

so that you can easily own: 

What are red squares for you? 

What are green squares for you? 

 

If you can do that already 

then the next best thing to do 

is to make sure that you have a list 

so that you can start to find patterns. 

 

To have an extraordinary life 

we need to learn to HAPPILY and effortlessly 

deal with the challenges that life throws our way 

while we also focus on creating the life we want. 

 

Said another way, 

we need to learn to HAPPILY and effortlessly 

deal with red squares in our life 

and we need to learn how to  

find and jump onto more green squares. 

 

It’s so easy to say! 

And a little harder to do. 

 

Remember: HURT can be easy to dismiss. 

If you’re not actually FEELING HAPPY 

or at least slightly HAPPY 

then you are FEELING at least slightly HURT. 

 

Keep in mind: 

Anxiety and stress are signs of HURT 

that you’re not yet able to deal with easily. 

Anger and frustration are signs of HURT 

that you are blaming on another.

Week 12 - Hole in the Hallway

We’re back from our break 

and looking forward to seeing you 

in the MindsetGYM this week… 

 

History is important! 

This week we look at our mindset history 

because our current thinking is dominated by our past. 

 

Our mindset determines how we perceive life. 

It determines how we filter our experiences 

and what we make them mean. 

 

A great mindset will see us  

feeling good within ourselves: 

Calm, light, happy, strong, centred and inspired. 

 

It will also see us behaving in a way 

that leaves us feeling proud of ourselves 

and others feeling kindly towards us 

and respecting our view and treasuring our company. 

 

A solid mindset will also see us: 

  • Creating connected and loving relationships. 
  • Being open to new experiences. 
  • Feeling ready, capable and excited about  
    taking advantage of opportunities that come our way. 
  • And being flexible and innovative enough 

to create our own opportunities when necessary. 

In this week’s mindset session learn: 

  • Where your mindset came from 
  • Why this is so important to understand  
  • The challenges that we can meet in shifting our thinking 
  • The key ways to get around these challenges.
