Looking forward to a holiday and needing one are two very different states.
One is healthy (that’s the former one!) and
the other is a sign that we’re not on the right track…
- We’ve missed the signs,
- Ignored the signs or
- Seen, heard and felt the signs
BUT just couldn’t make the time for a holiday
until we really felt that desperate NEED for one.
Noticing the cycle of needing a holiday is the first step
and learning how to avoid it is the second!
