The CONFRONTING Truth of 3 Little Lines
Logically and realistically, life’s not perfect. It’s never been perfect and it never will be. But it can feel very close to it.
And no matter who you are or what your starting point is, as long as you know where you are now, where you’ve been, where you’d like to go, and how you might go about getting there, it’s very, very possible to get that feeling of life being perfect in all it’s imperfectness.
Here’s a simple exercise to help you get started.
You won’t believe how drawing 4 Simple Lines can be the start of making that journey easily possible…
1. If you had to draw a graph of how you felt on a week-to-week basis over the last 10 years that you could share with your co-workers, what would it look like?
2. Now, if you did a second graph that was only for you, which showed the truth of how you really felt, deep down, what would it actually look like?
3. if you had to articulate in one sentence what these two graphs reveal to you, what would that be?
4. Now to finish this exercise write a statement of what you have learnt.
Here are some examples to get you started
